Gel Solar Battery Product details

GEL battery utilizes AGM and gel mixed technology, componsed of strong grids, high purity lead and fumed silica Gel electrolyte with good cycle life and wide temperature range performance. The unique plate design of the AOYIN gel battery provides excellent frequent cyclic discharge performance. Patented structure design and focused on energy storage batteries with 30 years' experience, our battery achieve a cost effective product and widely used in different solar and wind system, lighting system, marine & RV energy storage parts.

Battery Construction:

1). Electrolyte: Be immobilized in the cell through the use of fumed silica gel agent or absorbed in the separators and plates. The cells shall have no residual free or bulk liquid electrolyte.
2). Lead : high purity lead, >99.996%
3). Separators: Made of fiberglass. Be porous to electrolyte but electrically insulating.
4). Container & Cover: containers and covers shall be made of a high impact, flame-retardant ABS plastic
5). Terminal: Terminal posts shall be cast in lead or lead alloy and have a copper core insert.
6). Valve: The valve operate at the pressure limits specified. The valve will not allow ingress of outside air into the unit.

A: According to the certain voltage and capacity of the batteries you need, different batteries with different MOQ.Because of the shipment. we really want to offer you a sample, but our batteries cannot be shipped by express or air.so the MOQ must more than 300KG for the weight of total batteries.
